Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS unless otherwise specified.
Shipping Charges
Our maximum shipping charge within the United States is $5.50 for USPS Priority Mail. Whether you purchase one tie or
dozens of ties, the maximum charge is $5.50 for Priority Mail shipping.
Sales Tax
Sales tax applies to orders shipped to Georgia addresses only.
International Orders
As a security precaution and to prevent fraudulent orders
from international locations, we are no longer able to accept Internet orders from some international locations.
International customers from locations not listed on our site who wish to place an order may contact us
to request ordering and payment options.
International orders do not qualify for free shipping offers.
Returns
Your satisfaction is guaranteed with our Money Back Guarantee.
Returns must be made within 15 days after merchandise is received.
Returned items must be in their original packaging.
Shipping and handling charges are not
refundable; shipping charges may apply to orders shipped via
free shipping and may be deducted from the refund amount.
Please email or call us before returning merchandise in
order to obtain a return authorization number. Items returned without a
return authorization will be refused and no refund will be given.
Refunds may be made by check or credit card reimbursement.
